***Discounted registrations: Individuals and groups may be offered discounted registration at the early-bird rate at OPHA's discretion. These individuals should register at the current rate, select the "invoice me" payment option, and will have their registration type and invoice manually updated to reflect the early-bird rate by OPHA staff within a few business days.

Block rates – Sunday, September 14 & Monday, September 15

Rate – $116 per night, excluding taxes

CONTINUING EDUCATION & CERTIFICATES

OPHA is planning to offer 10 CPH and CHES (NCHEC provider #101897) credits at our 2025 conference. Certificates of attendance will also be available. Please express interest in additional credit types for the Conference Committee's consideration to tracy@okpublichealth.org at your earliest convenience so we may explore offering additional credit types. A request form for credits and certificates of attendance will be made available during and immediately after the conference.
