Regular - $65.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For any person professionally engaged, or actively employed, in any branch of public health, or any person who is actively interested in public health in Oklahoma.

Regular (2 years) - $110.00 (USD) Subscription period: 2 years No automatically recurring payments For any person professionally engaged, or actively employed, in any branch of public health, or any person who is actively interested in public health in Oklahoma. Discounted for renewing for two years.

Discount - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For any student attending an accredited two or four-year college or university on a full-time basis, Community Health Worker (CHW), public health retiree, or low-income individual. No proof of student, CHW, and retirement status or income is required.

Group - $65.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments For employees and students whose organizations are members with OPHA. Please select this membership type to claim your pre-paid OPHA membership (equivalent to $65) using the discount code provided to you. Please use the code below and your organization email in your application to avoid being charged.
