INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP – APPLy*

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of OPHA or renewing your membership! Any and all public health students, professionals, and enthusiasts from all professional settings – including, but not limited to, college and universities, state agencies, clinical care provision, tribal public health services, and nonprofits – are welcome to become a member of OPHA. Further, OPHA values the lived experiences and identities of all people, regardless of age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, geographic location, or socioeconomic circumstance. All are welcome to join OPHA and the more than 1,100 members we serve.
