All Health is Public Health Conference

OPHA is proud to believe and practice that All Health is Public Health, so much so we're making it this year's conference theme! OPHA's motto and 2026 conference theme All Health is Public Health reflects our belief that every discipline, program, and field of study that impacts health is public health.

From health administration, mental and behavioral health, physical therapy, environmental health, maternal health, food access, oral health, social work, housing, veterinary medicine, and health policy to countless other disciplines, we all play a roll in shaping the conditions that help people and communities thrive. By recognizing our shared mission to improve health outcomes and quality of life for all Oklahomans, we strengthen collaboration across sectors, share hard-earned knowledge and resources, and build a more connected, influential, and resilient public health workforce. Public health is the collective work of everyone advancing health for the communities we serve, and we can be more effective when we're aligned than siloed.

Therefore, this year’s conference will focus on interdisciplinary learning and collective impact. Under the umbrella of public health, health practitioners, researchers, and students from across the state will convene to build meaningful interdisciplinary connections, deepen expertise and expand our breadth of knowledge across subject areas, and improve our collective capacity to align and engage in evidence- and practice-informed policymaking.
