Thank you for your organization's interest in becoming a group member of OPHA! Any and all groups – such as state agencies, local nonprofits, academic colleges or programs, businesses – benefit from becoming a group member of OPHA. As a group member, your organization not only provides your leadership, employees, students, and volunteers sponsored OPHA membership with numerous learning, networking, and professional development opportunities that all members receive, but your organization also gets featured at the bottom of every page on our website, spotlighted throughout the year, can share content with OPHA's staff to be included in our monthly newsletters, and savings with our group member pricing.
Member Benefits
How Group Membership Works
- Fill out our group membership application, create a spreadsheet or list with the the first name, last name, and email address for all individuals to be covered, and send both to admin@okpublichealth.org. Do not send payment with application.
- Hear back from OPHA staff that your application was approved and receive an invoice for payment.
- Submit your payment online, by mailed check, or EFT/ACH (preferred).
- Confirm with your members and OPHA staff that all memberships are activate.
- Encourage your members to become engaged!
- Renew annually! OPHA staff will contact your organization's primary contact when it's time to renew your group membership. We'll ask you to review your covered members to add or remove individuals who may have left or joined your organization, then we'll share the invoice for the new renewing membership dues!
Pricing (dues increase effective October 1, 2026)
Current (through September 31, 2026) Individual Membership Dues
- 1-year regular membership: $65
- 1-year supporting membership: $110 (includes a $45 tax-deductible donation to "support" OPHA)
- 2-year membership: $110
- 1-year discounted membership (CHW, student, retiree, low-income): $25
Discount membership for community health workers (CHWs), students, retirees, individuals with low-income or financial hardship, and any other circumstance to increase access and affordability to OPHA membership. No explanation or proof of work, income, or student status required.
Current (through September 31, 2026) Group Discounts
- 2-199 members: 25% discount
- 200+ members: 35% discount
- Education: 45% discount
- Nonprofit: 45% discount

Prices & Discounts Effective October 1, 2026
The OPHA Board of Directors approved changes to our membership dues and discount pricing, effective October 1, 2026. Those dues and discounts are reflected below.
Group membership dues are annual and calculated based on the number of discounted or regular memberships purchased and which group rate your organization is eligible for. We use the following formula to calculate each group's dues. Dues listed are per person. No proof is needed to receive the discounted memberships.

Individual Membership Dues
- 1-year regular membership: $75
- 1-year supporting membership: $90 (includes a $15 tax-deductible donation to "support" OPHA)
- 2-year membership: $140
- 1-year discounted CHW or ECP membership: $50
Discount membership for community health workers (CHWs) and early career professionals (ECPs)
- 1-year discounted student, retiree, or low-income membership: $30
Group Discounts
- 2-9 members: 5% discount
- 10-49 members: 10% discount
- 50-99 members: 15% discount
- ≥ 100 members: 20% discount
- Education: 20% discount
For degree-granting programs, departments, colleges, and universities or student clubs and associations
- Nonprofit: 20% discount
For nonprofits with less than $150,000 annual operating budget
