Benefits – One 6’ rectangular exhibitor table during both days of conference – 2 complimentary registrations – Snack break sponsor – Logo recognition on OPHA’s website and conference materials – Logo recognition and being tagged own post on OPHA social media (IG, LI & FB) – Exhibitor & sponsor directory information Terms & Conditions (purchase / reservation indicates understanding & agreement) – All sponsorships and exhibit tables must be reserved by 1) purchasing or reserving it online and 2) completing the organization info form linked on the conference webpage. – Multiple organizations are not permitted to purchase a single sponsorship together. – Max of two staffers per exhibit table. – All individuals staffing exhibit tables must register for the conference through OPHA’s event calendar or the registration link on the conference webpage. Individuals staffing the tables BUT NOT ATTENDING CONFERENCE PROGRAMMING may register for FREE using the “exhibiting-only” ticket type. Individuals staffing the tables but who DO want to attend conference programming will register at their respective member, non-member, etc rate or through the “sponsored” ticket type. Access codes for both exhibiting-only and sponsored tickets will be provided after reserving your sponsorship or exhibit table.
