The OPHA EPR Section will host their monthly meeting on January 19, 2023 at 11 a.m. The January meeting will feature guest speaker Matthew R. Miller. Matthew R. Miller works for the Oklahoma State Department of Health District 10 / Cleveland County Health Department as one of the Local Emergency Response Coordinators. Matt holds the Oklahoma Certified Emergency Manager (OCEM) designation from the Oklahoma Emergency Management Association as well as being one of 13 Oklahomans that holds the prestigious Certified Emergency Manager (CEM®) designation from the International Association of Emergency Managers.
