Guest Speaker: Matthew Miller, OEM, OCEM. Matthew will be presenting on leadership in emergency preparedness and response. 

Bio: Matthew R. Miller works for the Oklahoma State Department of Health District 10 / Cleveland County Health Department as one of the Local Emergency Response Coordinators. Matt holds the Oklahoma Certified Emergency Manager (OCEM) designation from the Oklahoma Emergency Management Association as well as being one of 13 Oklahomans that holds the prestigious Certified Emergency Manager (CEM®) designation from the International Association of Emergency Managers.
