Affiliate Annual Survey

As an Affiliate of the American Public Health Association (APHA), OPHA participates in an annual Affiliate survey prepared by APHA's Affiliate Affairs department to identify common strengths, needs and concerns among state public health associations. This year’s survey follows the structure of the Affiliate Standards Overview. OPHA's responses and the final survey report will be made available to OPHA membership.
